Because we sell digital products that are delivered instantly after purchase, our return and refund policy differs from physical goods. Once a digital file has been delivered or downloaded, it generally cannot be returned in the same way as a physical product.
Digital Products
All products sold on BuyDigKey are digital downloads, including eBooks and educational guides. No physical products are shipped.
Refund Eligibility
We may issue a refund in the following situations:
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- You received the wrong digital product.
- The download file is corrupted or cannot be accessed, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
- There is a verified technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase.
Non-Refundable Purchases
Refunds will generally not be issued if:
- You changed your mind after purchasing.
- You no longer need the product.
- You purchased the wrong product by mistake.
- You did not read the product description before purchasing.
- The product has already been downloaded or accessed successfully. This is standard practice for many digital-download businesses because digital files cannot be “returned” after delivery.
